Here's my Integrated Day Planner that helps to Slay the Dragons Every. Damn. Day.

Hey Reader

If you've been following me for a while you know that my morning routine is sacred to me.

No, I'm not perfect about it.

and I'm sure neither are you, but, one thing that is SO RADICALLY SIMPLE AND QUICK like what I am about to share below.

My Daily Planner and how to use it for more clarity, productivity and Alignment in your day.

This one-sheet planner is something that I've been using on and off for the past year now and it has greatly improved how I show up in life, how I prioritize the decisions and actions I take, which has shifted my day from "busy and scattered" to "prioritized and aligned".

It may take you 2-5 minutes to do, put, if implemented, will increase your productivity 2-3x. Guaranteed.

Here's what it looks like (link to download is down below)

Here's How It Works:

By prioritizing a few key aspects that (and many other's) have found useful for optimizing the start of their day, you will have a "general" outline to the HOW leaving the WHAT up to you.

These are the main aspects of The Integrated Day Planner

Gratitude

You've heard of a gratitude practice before. It's pretty damn simple yet highly under-used IMO. Try to truly think of three original things, people, events, etc. that you are extremely happy about having in your life.

Maybe it's a delicious steak you cooked last night.

Maybe it's gratitude for a certain creator's podcast you listened to.

Maybe it's your dog's annoyingly cute way of playing with a squeaky toy.

Whatever it is, sit with it for a second and embrace how truly lucky you are to have those in your life.

Prioritized To-Do List

This is a biggie for me. Thinking deeply about what 3 big items can I finish today that would radically improve my progress to my longer term goals (week, month, quarter)?

Focus on those at all costs. Avoid the rest (if possible) and watch, not only your self-confidence to make meaningful change shoot up but also your overall productivity, personal or professional.

30-Minute Block Schedule

Scheduling is truly rough for me. My creative, free-flowing mind doesn't like setting specific blocks to do work, but here's why I still prioritize it.

Hitting 30% of my goals is better than 0%.

Meaning, even if you only block out 3-5 spaces, allowing the rest to be open to subjectivity, it allows you to do your work in a "time-crunch" forcing you to avoid distractions, put in the Deep Work to get more effective at the task at hand.

Any schedule is better than zero schedule.

End of Day Reflection

This is a big one for me.

Reflecting on how my day went.

What can I do better? How can I improve? What went wrong?

Asking yourself these simple questions will allow you to integrate your actions, thoughts, and confidence into more success long-term, learning from your personal mistakes (they will happen) rather than avoiding them and letting them happen again and again.

Print It Out and Get to Work!!!

Print 7-10 of these guys out and give it a whirl.

See how giving yourself a little more structure, planning, and reflection allows you to sink deeply into what matters most in life, how to get it, and what you need to do today to make meaningful progress.

Snag your copy below, put it to work for at least seven days and watch yourself evolve into a more productive and prioritized version of yourself

Hey Reader Short, simple, to the point. What are you prioritizing today? What three things can you think of, that if accomplished today would radically move you closer towards your goals, whether they're personal or profession? What obstacles do you see getting in the way of those? How can you plan ahead or prepare so that you get the work done? Then get to work. Try to do those three objectives ASAP, that way, the rest of the time is additional work to the daily commitment you're making...
